1/4 cup Granulated sugar
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Wet Ingredients.
  4. Add the Wet Ingredients to the Dry Ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped Wild Ramps and shredded Cheddar Cheese.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
