Instructions
  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt all Base Butter over medium heat.
  2. Add all Base Onion, Carrots, and Celery and cook until softened, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in all Base Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in all Base Chicken broth, ensuring no lumps form.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, allowing the soup to thicken.
  6. Reduce heat to low. Gradually add all Cheese & Beer Cheddar and Monterey Jack, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  7. Stir in all Cheese & Beer Beer, Garlic powder, Onion powder, and Cayenne pepper.
  8. Season with Salt and Black pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
