Instructions
  1. Prepare the Wonton Filling: In a bowl, combine all Wonton Filling ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Assemble the Wontons: Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half to form a triangle, and press to seal. Bring the two bottom corners together and overlap them, securing with a dab of water.
  3. Make the Broth: In a large pot, combine all Broth ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 60 minutes, skimming off any impurities. Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve.
  4. Cook the Wontons: Gently add the wontons to the simmering broth. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are cooked through.
  5. Serve: Ladle the wontons and broth into bowls. Garnish with Green Onions, Crispy Fried Shallots, and a drizzle of White Truffle Oil.
