  1. Heat Duck Fat in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add Vidalia Onions to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until deeply caramelized, about 20-25 minutes. Reduce heat if necessary to prevent burning.
  3. Stir in Maple Syrup, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, and Black Pepper during the last 5 minutes of cooking the onions.
  4. Add Black Label Spam cubes to the skillet with the onions.
  5. Cook, stirring frequently, until the Spam is heated through and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Garnish with Fresh Parsley. Serve immediately.
