Instructions
  1. Season Chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook Chicken: Grill, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or pan-fry until cooked through.
  3. Let Chicken cool and slice into strips.
  4. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
  5. In a large bowl, combine Mixed greens, shredded carrots, and red onion.
  6. Add sliced Chicken to the salad.
  7. Pour Sauce over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  8. Top with fried wonton strips and sesame seeds.
  9. Serve immediately.
