Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Paprika
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp

A simplified version of Zaxby's Zensation Zalad, made with readily available ingredients. It captures the essence of the original with a focus on ease of preparation.
Instructions
- Season Chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook Chicken: Grill, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or pan-fry until cooked through.
- Let Chicken cool and slice into strips.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine Mixed greens, shredded carrots, and red onion.
- Add sliced Chicken to the salad.
- Pour Sauce over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Top with fried wonton strips and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.

- 1/4 cup Fried wonton strips
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
