Instructions
  1. Marinate Chicken with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook Chicken: Grill, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or pan-fry until cooked through.
  3. Let Chicken cool and slice into strips.
  4. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
  5. In a large bowl, combine Spring mix, shredded purple cabbage, and edamame.
  6. Add sliced Chicken to the salad.
  7. Pour Sauce over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  8. Top with wonton strips and black sesame seeds.
  9. Serve immediately.
