Instructions
- Marinate Chicken with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook Chicken: Grill, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or pan-fry until cooked through.
- Let Chicken cool and slice into strips.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine Spring mix, shredded purple cabbage, and edamame.
- Add sliced Chicken to the salad.
- Pour Sauce over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Top with wonton strips and black sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
