  1. Combine all Champagne Mixture ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. Do not boil.

  3. Pour the cooled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions (typically 20-30 minutes).
