Prepare the Caramelized Onions: Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Yellow onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30-40 minutes, or until deeply golden brown and caramelized. Stir in Balsamic vinegar, Brown sugar, Salt, and Black pepper during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Stretch or roll out the Pizza dough to a large rectangle on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
