A simple and nostalgic Jell-O salad with canned fruit and whipped topping.

Strawberry Jell-O
1 cup
Boiling Water
1 cup
Cold Water
1 (15 ounce) can
Pineapple Chunks, drained
1 (15 ounce) can
Mandarin Oranges, drained

Instructions
- Dissolve the Strawberry Jell-O in Boiling Water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Stir in Cold Water.
- Gently fold in the drained Pineapple Chunks, Mandarin Oranges, and Fruit Cocktail.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Spread Whipped Topping evenly over the Jell-O salad before serving.
