1 cup Boiling Water
1 cup Cold Water
1 (15 ounce) can Pineapple Chunks, drained
1 (15 ounce) can Mandarin Oranges, drained

  1. Dissolve the Strawberry Jell-O in Boiling Water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in Cold Water.
  3. Gently fold in the drained Pineapple Chunks, Mandarin Oranges, and Fruit Cocktail.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  6. Spread Whipped Topping evenly over the Jell-O salad before serving.
