Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Filling ingredients. Toss to coat evenly.
- Pour the filling into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, and Salt for the Cobbler Topping.
- Cut in the cold Butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the Milk until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Drop spoonfuls of the Cobbler Topping evenly over the fruit filling.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
