Instructions
- Prepare the Marzipan: In a medium bowl, combine all Marzipan ingredients. Mix well until a smooth dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a tiny bit more orange blossom water, a drop at a time.
- Stuff the Dates: Make a slit lengthwise in each Date, being careful not to cut all the way through. Fill each Date with approximately 1 tablespoon of Marzipan.
- Garnish: Lightly brush the stuffed Dates with the Garnish Orange Blossom Water. Sprinkle with Chopped Pistachios.
- Chill (Optional): For a firmer texture, chill the stuffed Dates for 15-20 minutes before serving.
