Instructions

  1. Remove the Top Sirloin Steak from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking to reach room temperature.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the Garlic Butter ingredients and set aside.
  4. Pat the Steak dry with paper towels and rub with Olive Oil.
  5. Season both sides of the Steak evenly with the Salt, Black Pepper, and Garlic Powder.
  6. Place the Steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, for a medium-rare finish.
  7. Immediately top the hot Steak with the Garlic Butter mixture and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
