Large Shrimp - peeled and deveined
1 cup
All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp
Garlic Powder
1 tsp
Paprika
1/2 tsp
Cayenne Pepper

A copycat recipe of Applebee's popular Double Crunch Shrimp, featuring crispy, golden-brown shrimp tossed in a sweet and spicy glaze.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Breading ingredients.
- Dredge each Shrimp in the Breading mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the breaded Shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
- Add the fried Shrimp to the Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with Sesame Seeds and Green Onions before serving.

- Sauce
- 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Oil
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil - for frying
- Garnish
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 Green Onions - thinly sliced
