Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
- Add sliced steak to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated steak to the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Add sliced Bell pepper and Onion to the skillet with the steak. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Serve the sizzling steak and vegetables immediately with warm tortillas, Sour cream, Salsa, and Shredded cheddar cheese.
