Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine all Crust ingredients in a bowl and press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake crust for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- While crust is baking, prepare the Filling. In a separate bowl, whisk together Packed Brown Sugar, Heavy Cream, Butter-melted, Large Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Salt, and Bourbon until well combined.
- Pour Filling over the pre-baked crust.
- Prepare the Streusel. In a small bowl, combine Pecans-chopped, All-Purpose Flour, Brown Sugar, and Butter-cold, cubed. Use a pastry blender or your fingers to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle Streusel evenly over the Filling.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until filling is set and streusel is golden brown.
- Let cool completely before serving.
