Instructions
- Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Marinate chicken in Soy sauce and Cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well blended.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Add Sauce to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- In a separate bowl, combine Cabbage, Carrots, and Green onions.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions. Fill each tortilla with chicken and vegetable mixture. Wrap tightly and serve.
