
California Avocado Sourdough Melt
An enhanced version of the classic melt, featuring a blend of cheeses, fresh sprouts, and a touch of red pepper flakes for a subtle kick.

Avocado-ripe
1 tbsp
Lime juice
1/4 tsp
Garlic powder

An enhanced version of the classic melt, featuring a blend of cheeses, fresh sprouts, and a touch of red pepper flakes for a subtle kick.
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash the Avocado Filling avocado with lime juice, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Spread the softened Butter on one side of each slice of Sourdough bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread the mashed avocado mixture evenly over the bread.
- Sprinkle the Cheese over the avocado.
- Top with Alfalfa sprouts.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from skillet and serve immediately.
