1 tbsp Lime juice
1/4 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash the Avocado Filling avocado with lime juice, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  2. Spread the softened Butter on one side of each slice of Sourdough bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado mixture evenly over the bread.
  5. Sprinkle the Cheese over the avocado.
  6. Top with Alfalfa sprouts.
  7. Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  8. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from skillet and serve immediately.
