A simplified version of the popular Cheesecake Factory appetizer, perfect for a weeknight meal. Features seasoned ground chicken served in crisp lettuce cups with a flavorful sauce and crunchy toppings.
A simplified version of the popular Cheesecake Factory appetizer, perfect for a weeknight meal. Features seasoned ground chicken served in crisp lettuce cups with a flavorful sauce and crunchy toppings.
In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and mix well. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until smooth.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes).
Stir in the Sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Remove from heat and stir in the Water Chestnuts, Green Onions, and Carrots.
Carefully separate the lettuce leaves and wash/dry them.
Spoon the chicken mixture into the lettuce cups. Garnish with Sesame Seeds and serve immediately.
