
Cheesecake Factory Spicy Chicken Chipotle Noodles
A simplified version of the Cheesecake Factory favorite, made with readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques.

Boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp
Olive oil
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Black pepper
1/2 cup

A simplified version of the Cheesecake Factory favorite, made with readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques.
Instructions
- Cook linguine pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season Chicken with salt and pepper. Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
- In a medium bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Mix well.
- In the same skillet, sauté Red bell pepper, Green bell pepper, and Red onion until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced Chicken to the skillet with the vegetables.
- Pour Sauce over the pasta, chicken, and vegetables. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.

- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- Noodles & Veggies
- 1 lb Linguine pasta
- 1 Red bell pepper - sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper - sliced
- 1/2 Red onion - thinly sliced
- Garnish
- 2 tbsp Chopped cilantro
