Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and marinate the Chicken for 15 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the Sauce to the cooked Chicken and stir to coat evenly. Simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
- Stir in the Water Chestnuts, Green Onions, and Carrots into the Chicken mixture.
- Spoon the Chicken filling into the Butter Lettuce Leaves.
- Garnish with Chopped Peanuts and serve immediately.
