1 lb Ground Chicken
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and marinate the Chicken for 15 minutes.
  2. While the chicken marinates, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Cook the Chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Add the Sauce to the cooked Chicken and stir to coat evenly. Simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  5. Stir in the Water Chestnuts, Green Onions, and Carrots into the Chicken mixture.
  6. Spoon the Chicken filling into the Butter Lettuce Leaves.
  7. Garnish with Chopped Peanuts and serve immediately.
