🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Cook Bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving bacon grease in the skillet.
- Add Onion and Bell Pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add Chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the chicken and vegetables.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly.
- Stir in cooked Bacon and Cheddar Cheese until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
