  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated Chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add Vegetables to the skillet with the Chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
  4. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  5. Serve Chicken and Vegetables in warm tortillas with your favorite Toppings.
