In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients.
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the Sirloin.
Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the Sirloin for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
Remove the Sirloin from the skillet and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
While the steak rests, melt Butter in the same skillet.
Add Garlic Herb Butter ingredients to the melted butter and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Pour the Garlic Herb Butter over the sliced Sirloin before serving.
