🎙️ Cook with voice coach- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add the Sirloin and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Remove the Sirloin from the marinade and pat dry. Discard the marinade.
- Rub the Seasoning evenly over both sides of the Sirloin.
- Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the Sirloin for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
- Remove the Sirloin from the skillet and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- While the steak rests, melt Butter in the same skillet.
- Add Garlic Herb Butter ingredients to the melted butter and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the Garlic Herb Butter over the sliced Sirloin before serving.
