Instructions
In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add the Sirloin and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
Remove the Sirloin from the marinade and pat dry. Discard the marinade.
Rub the Seasoning evenly over both sides of the Sirloin.
Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the Sirloin for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
Remove the Sirloin from the skillet and let it rest for 10 minutes.
While the steak rests, melt Butter in the same skillet.
Add Garlic Herb Butter ingredients to the melted butter and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the Garlic Herb Butter over the sliced Sirloin before serving.
