A more refined version of the classic Triple Dipper, featuring a buttermilk marinade for the chicken, seasoned wedge fries, and a homemade ranch dipping sauce.
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients (except panko) and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat the Chicken: Dredge marinated chicken in panko breadcrumbs, ensuring even coating.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
- Prepare the Fries: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut potatoes into wedge fries. Toss with all Fries ingredients and spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake the Fries: Bake fries for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Make the Dipping Sauce: In a bowl, combine all Dipping Sauce ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve: Arrange fried chicken and fries on a platter with the dipping sauce.
