1 cup Cold Water
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Dry White Wine
1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle Gelatin over Cold Water in a bowl and let stand for 5 minutes to soften.
  2. In a saucepan, heat Chicken Broth, White Wine, White Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Thyme, and Parsley until simmering. Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the broth mixture to remove herbs and add to the softened gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved.
  4. Gently fold in the diced Black Forest Ham, Pineapple Tidbits, and Pearl Onions.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving dishes.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
