Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and toss to coat.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Breading ingredients until smooth.
- Dip each chicken piece into the breading mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken in batches for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on a wire rack to drain.
- While the chicken is frying, prepare the Sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the Butter over medium heat. Add the Hot sauce, White vinegar, and Garlic powder. Whisk to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Place the fried chicken in a large bowl and pour the Sauce over it. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce (ranch or blue cheese).
