Instructions
- Prepare the Green Beans: Wash and trim the Green Beans.
- Make the Breading: In a shallow dish, combine all Breading ingredients.
- Make the Wet Batter: In a separate shallow dish, whisk together the Buttermilk and Egg.
- Make the Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the Mayonnaise and Sriracha.
- Coat the Green Beans: Dredge the Green Beans in the Breading, then dip in the Wet Batter, and finally coat again in the Breading.
- Fry the Green Beans: Heat Vegetable Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the Green Beans in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain and Serve: Remove the Green Beans from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Serve immediately with the Dipping Sauce.
