Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat Chicken dry and toss with Salt and Black Pepper.
- Toss Chicken with Coating until evenly coated.
- Arrange Chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While Chicken is baking, prepare the Sauce. In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove Chicken from oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour Sauce over Chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately.
