Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat Chicken dry and toss with Salt and Black Pepper.
  3. Toss Chicken with Coating until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange Chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. While Chicken is baking, prepare the Sauce. In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove Chicken from oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour Sauce over Chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Serve immediately.
