🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Cut chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, combine buttermilk, gochujang, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Dredge the marinated chicken in potato starch, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- While the chicken is frying, prepare the Sauce. In a bowl, whisk together the homemade sweet chili sauce, Japanese mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced black garlic, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Add the fried chicken to the Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately over forbidden black rice with steamed broccolini florets, garnished with black sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
