Instructions
- Cut chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Set aside.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked (about 7-10 minutes).
- Add the cooked chicken to the Sauce and stir to coat evenly.
- In a bowl, combine Water chestnuts and Green onions.
- To assemble, spoon the chicken mixture into the lettuce cups. Sprinkle with Toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
