Instructions
- Prepare the Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all Dipping Sauce ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
- Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine all Filling ingredients. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Assemble the Wontons: Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Add about 1 teaspoon of Filling to the center of the wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle, pressing firmly to seal. You can also fold into other shapes if desired.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Fry the Wontons: Heat about 2 inches of Vegetable Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully add wontons to the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove wontons from oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve immediately with Dipping Sauce.
