
Copycat Cheesecake Factory Miso Salmon
A simplified version of the popular restaurant dish, bringing the sweet and savory miso-glazed salmon to your home kitchen.

1/4 cup
White miso paste
2 tbsp
Mirin
2 tbsp
Sake
1 tbsp

A simplified version of the popular restaurant dish, bringing the sweet and savory miso-glazed salmon to your home kitchen.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Miso Glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Place Salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the Miso Glaze generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with Green onions and Sesame seeds before serving.
