Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken in the Marinade ingredients for 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet, cook the marinated Chicken over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the Mushrooms until softened and browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add the cooked Chicken and Sauce to the skillet with the Mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the Chicken and Mushrooms.
- Spoon the Chicken and Mushroom mixture into the Lettuce leaves.
- Garnish with Green onions and Sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
