  1. Marinate the Chicken in the Marinade ingredients for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the marinated Chicken over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the Mushrooms until softened and browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  5. Add the cooked Chicken and Sauce to the skillet with the Mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the Chicken and Mushrooms.
  6. Spoon the Chicken and Mushroom mixture into the Lettuce leaves.
  7. Garnish with Green onions and Sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
