Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Apples ingredients and toss to coat. Pour into a 9-inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Crisp Topping ingredients. Use a pastry blender or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour and oats until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the Crisp Topping evenly over the apple mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender and bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
