
Copycat Chili's Margarita Grilled Chicken
A flavorful grilled chicken dish inspired by Chili's, featuring a zesty margarita-inspired sauce.

A flavorful grilled chicken dish inspired by Chili's, featuring a zesty margarita-inspired sauce.
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients in the Marinade group.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or container and pour marinade over them. Ensure chicken is fully coated.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- While chicken marinates, prepare the Sauce. In a small saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until butter is melted and sauce is slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush chicken with the Sauce.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with remaining Sauce.
