In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients.
Add Chicken to the Marinade, ensuring it's fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
In a separate bowl, combine all Coating ingredients.
Remove Chicken from Marinade and dredge in the Coating mixture, pressing to adhere.
Heat a lightly oiled grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill Chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
