
Copycat IHOP Buttermilk Pancakes
Fluffy and golden buttermilk pancakes, just like IHOP, made with simple ingredients you likely already have in your pantry.
1 1/2 cups
All-Purpose Flour
3 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder
1/4 tsp
Baking Soda
1 tbsp
Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp

Fluffy and golden buttermilk pancakes, just like IHOP, made with simple ingredients you likely already have in your pantry.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Wet Ingredients.
- Pour the Wet Ingredients into the Dry Ingredients and gently stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and bubbles form on the surface.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
