Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta is cooking, prepare the Sauce. In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat.
  3. Add Heavy Cream to the saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan Cheese, Asiago Cheese, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, and Nutmeg. Continue stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. If the sauce is too thick, add a tablespoon of reserved pasta water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Add the drained Pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
