Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- While pasta is cooking, prepare the Sauce. In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat.
- Add Heavy Cream to the saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan Cheese, Asiago Cheese, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, and Nutmeg. Continue stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a tablespoon of reserved pasta water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Add the drained Pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
