1.5 lbs Boneless skinless chicken thighs - cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup Cornstarch
1/4 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and mix well to coat.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until smooth.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry the chicken in batches for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. Pour the Sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with Green onions and Sesame seeds before serving.
