Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add the sliced Beef and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated Beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-5 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil to the skillet. Add the Onion and white parts of the Green Onions and stir-fry until softened, about 2 minutes.
- Pour the Sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes.
- Return the Beef to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for another minute until heated through.
- Garnish with the green parts of the Green Onions and Sesame Seeds. Serve immediately with rice.
