1 pound Fettuccine Pasta
8 ounces Imitation Crab Meat, flaked
1/2 cup Butter
2 cloves Garlic-minced
2 cups Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add Garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Pour in Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in Parmesan Cheese and Nutmeg until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Season Sauce with Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
  7. Add flaked Crab Meat to the Sauce and heat through.
  8. Add cooked Pasta to the Sauce and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.
  9. Garnish with Parsley and serve immediately.
