Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- While pasta is cooking, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add Garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in Parmesan Cheese and Nutmeg until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season Sauce with Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
- Add flaked Crab Meat to the Sauce and heat through.
- Add cooked Pasta to the Sauce and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.
- Garnish with Parsley and serve immediately.
