Copycat Red Lobster Fish Fry
A premium take on the classic fish fry, featuring sustainably sourced cod, a panko crust, and a homemade lemon-dill aioli.

A premium take on the classic fish fry, featuring sustainably sourced cod, a panko crust, and a homemade lemon-dill aioli.
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: Combine all Marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add Cod fillets and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
- Prepare the Lemon-Dill Aioli: Combine all Lemon-Dill Aioli ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Combine all Breading ingredients in a shallow dish.
- Remove Cod fillets from the marinade and dredge in the Breading, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Carefully fry the coated Cod fillets in batches for 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fish and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
- Serve immediately with hand-cut French fries, homemade coleslaw, and Lemon-Dill Aioli.
