Copycat Red Lobster Fish Fry
A refined version of the classic fish fry, featuring a buttermilk marinade and seasoned flour for extra flavor and tenderness.

A refined version of the classic fish fry, featuring a buttermilk marinade and seasoned flour for extra flavor and tenderness.
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: Combine all Marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add Cod fillets and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Tartar Sauce: Combine all Tartar Sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Combine all Breading ingredients in a shallow dish.
- In a separate shallow dish, whisk together all Batter ingredients.
- Remove Cod fillets from the marinade and dredge in the Breading, then dip into the Batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully fry the coated Cod fillets in batches for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fish and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
- Serve immediately with French fries, Coleslaw, and Tartar Sauce.
