A delicious and relatively easy-to-make pizza inspired by Red Lobster's Langostino Lobster Pizza, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Prepare Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in All-purpose flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Nutmeg, Salt, and Pepper. Remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, toss Langostino tails with Lemon juice and melted Butter.
  4. Roll out Pizza dough to desired thickness and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread Alfredo Sauce evenly over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle with Langostino mixture and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with Fresh parsley before serving.
