
Copycat Red Lobster Langostino Lobster Pizza
A delicious and relatively easy-to-make pizza inspired by Red Lobster's Langostino Lobster Pizza, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

A delicious and relatively easy-to-make pizza inspired by Red Lobster's Langostino Lobster Pizza, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Prepare Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in All-purpose flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Nutmeg, Salt, and Pepper. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, toss Langostino tails with Lemon juice and melted Butter.
- Roll out Pizza dough to desired thickness and place on a baking sheet.
- Spread Alfredo Sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle with Langostino mixture and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with Fresh parsley before serving.
