
Copycat Red Lobster Lobster Pizza

1/2 cup
Butter

All-purpose flour

A simplified version of the famous Red Lobster Lobster Pizza, made with readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Prepare Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in All-purpose flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Nutmeg, Salt, and Pepper. Remove from heat.
- Roll out Pizza dough to desired thickness and place on a baking sheet.
- Spread Alfredo Sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese.
- Top with chopped Lobster meat.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
