Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small saucepan, whisk together all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare the Breading: In a shallow dish, combine all Breading ingredients.
- Dip each Shrimp into the beaten Eggs, then dredge in the Breading mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Heat the Oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the Shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain the Shrimp on paper towels.
- Serve immediately with the prepared Sauce.
