1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta cooks, season Shrimp with Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, cook Shrimp over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove Shrimp from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  5. Pour in Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan Cheese and Nutmeg. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  6. If sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
  7. Add cooked Pasta and Shrimp to the Sauce. Toss to coat.
  8. Garnish with Fresh Parsley and serve immediately.
