
Copycat Red Lobster Shrimp Linguini Alfredo
A classic, creamy shrimp scampi alfredo dish, replicating the Red Lobster favorite with readily available ingredients.

Large Shrimp-peeled and deveined
1 tbsp
Olive Oil
1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp
Paprika

A classic, creamy shrimp scampi alfredo dish, replicating the Red Lobster favorite with readily available ingredients.
Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- While pasta cooks, season Shrimp with Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper.
- In a large skillet, cook Shrimp over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove Shrimp from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan Cheese and Nutmeg. Season with Salt and Pepper.
- If sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
- Add cooked Pasta and Shrimp to the Sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with Fresh Parsley and serve immediately.
