Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Brown the Ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease. Add the Taco seasoning and Water, and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.
- Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the Sour cream, Mayonnaise, Lime juice, and Garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.
- Prepare the Gordita Shells: Sprinkle 1/8 cup of Shredded cheddar cheese onto each flour tortilla. Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape. Cook in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is lightly browned.
- Assemble the Crunch: Spread a layer of the Beef mixture onto the flat side of each Gordita shell. Top with Shredded lettuce and Diced tomatoes. Drizzle with the Sauce.
- Serve immediately.
