Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients. Mix gently but thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a Dutch oven.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all Glaze ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Pour the Glaze over the meatloaf.
  6. Cover the Dutch oven and braise in the oven for 90-120 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
